I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 36 and 39A (1.4 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 83 and 85. Road Work in effect today until Wednesday, May 11 at 5:55 am. The 2 left lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, May 10 at 9:20 pm.
