I-95 Northbound is congested vicinity of Exit 5 (3.9 miles) because of Tractor Trailer Accident (Tract Trail Vs Multi Veh) between Exits 4 and 5. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Monday, May 9 at 6:14 pm.
