I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 9 and 6 (2.4 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 7 and 6. Road Work in effect today until Wednesday, May 25 at 6:00 am. The left and center lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, May 24 at 10:22 pm.
