I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 3 and 6 (3.2 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 4 and 8 (2.3 miles). Road Work in effect today until Wednesday, May 11 at 5:55 am. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, May 10 at 9:53 pm.
