I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 54 and 51 (3.0 miles) because of Motor Vehicle Accident (Vehicle Vs Motorcycle) between Exits 52 and 51. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Saturday, July 9 at 1:35 pm.
