I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 13 and 8 (3.4 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 10 and 6 (2.7 miles). Road Work in effect today until 2:00 pm. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Wednesday, August 17 at 11:34 am.
