I-91 Southbound is congested between Exits 6 and 1 (1.2 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 4 and 1 (0.9 miles). Road Work in effect today until 3:00 pm. The 2 left lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, August 16 at 11:31 am.
