Pavement Preservation Project on Interstate 91 Between Exit 8 (Route 17 & Route 80) and Exit 9 (Montowese Avenue) in the Towns of New Haven and North Haven Scheduled to Begin July 8, 2012

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a highway resurfacing project on I-91 through New Haven and North Haven, between Exits 8 and 9 will begin on Sunday night, July 8, 2012, and is expected to conclude before October 2012.

Route 148 in Chester to be Closed to Through Traffic on Wednesday, July 11, 2012

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Route 148 between Main Street and East Liberty Street in the town of Chester is scheduled to be closed to through traffic on July 11, 2012. The closure is only planned to last one day and normal traffic operations will resume on Thursday, July 12, 2012.
