Fourth Weekend Detour Scheduled for Route 7 in Ridgefield for Ongoing Bridge Construction Activities

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the fourth of five scheduled weekend closures of Route 7 in Ridgefield to facilitate ongoing bridge construction activities. The closure will begin on Friday, August 25, 2017, at 8:00 PM and end on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 6:00 AM. Traffic will be detoured via Route 35 and Route 102.

Vehicle Mounted Traffic Survey to Impact Traffic on the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) Between South Avenue and High Ridge Road in Stamford on Thursday, August 24, 2017

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that limited daytime traffic operations are scheduled for August 24, 2017, between the hours of 9AM and 2PM. Motorists can expect a controlled slowdown of all traffic lanes between Exit 35 and 37. The traffic slowdown will occur in the northbound direction first followed by a slowdown in the southbound direction.
