Weekend Closure of Route 68 in Naugatuck for Construction Activities Associated with the Rehabilitation of Bridge 00596 - Route 68 over Route 8, S.R. 710, Metro-North Railroad and the Naugatuck River

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a scheduled weekend closure of Route 68 in the Naugatuck to facilitate ongoing construction activities related to the replacement of Bridge 00596 which carries Route 68 over Route 8, S.R. 710 (North Main Street), Metro-North Railroad, and the Naugatuck River. The closure will begin on Friday, October 27 at 8:00 PM, and the roadway will reopen on Monday, October 30, at 5:00 AM.

Safety and Traffic Operational Improvements on CT Route 4 from Garden Street to Mountain Spring Road in the Town of Farmington The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the scheduled nightly closure and detour of the northern section of Route 10 (Waterville Road) at the intersection of Route 4 in the Town of Farmington on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 and on Thursday, October 26, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Starting Friday, October 27, 2017 a temporary traffic shift for staged construction will begin on Route 4 (Farmington Avenue) between the intersection at Garden Street and the intersection at High Street in the Town of Farmington.
