I-84 Westbound is congested between Exits 23 and 16 (9.0 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 17 and 16 (5.5 miles). Road Work in effect today until 3:00 pm. The right lane is closed. Reported Thursday, June 30 at 8:46 am.
