I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 6 and 4 (2.9 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 4 and 2 (2.9 miles). Road Work in effect until 8:00 am. The left and center lanes are closed. Reported Saturday, July 30 at 6:35 am.
