The State Department of Transportation is announcing that New England Central Railroad will be performing repairs to the Route 32 (Bridge Street) railroad crossing in Windham. This work will require a detour to be implemented from 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, through 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
