The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Cow Hill Road (SR 614) in Groton between the I-95 overpass and Route 184. This project is expected to occur Monday, April 30, 2012 to Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
