Traffic Delays Anticipated Saturday, August 18, and Sunday August 19, 2012, on the Arrigoni Bridge in Portland and Middletown as Preparatory Work Begins to Complete Final Stages of Construction
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that motorists can expect delays on the Arrigoni Bridge in Portland and Middletown beginning 8 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012, weather permitting, and continuing until 6 a.m. Monday morning, August 20, 2012.
