The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Capitol Avenue in Hartford will be closed between Forest Street and Laurel Street for the CTfastrak Project No. 0063-0643/0093-0180, also referred to as Contract No. 3. The work is scheduled from Friday, May 24 at 8 p.m. to Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 6 a.m.
