Nighttime Milling and Surface Treatment along Route 2 in East Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and thin surface treatment project will be performed on a 2.45-mile segment of Route 2 eastbound and eastbound in East Hartford, August 11-22, 2013.
