Upgrades to Pedestrian Control Features at Traffic Control Signals in Various Central Connecticut Towns

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (Department) is developing plans to upgrade pedestrian control features at 16 existing state maintained traffic control signals to include countdown pedestrian indications, accessible pedestrian signals and detectors in the cities/towns of Berlin, East Hartford, Hartford, Manchester, Middletown, Rocky Hill, Vernon, West Hartford and Wethersfield.
