Nighttime Milling and Resurfacing Project in Rocky Hill and Cromwell

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project is continuing on Route 3 in Rocky Hill and Cromwell and Route 160 in Rocky Hill and should be completed by September 15, 2015.
