I-84 Waterbury Construction Update: Detour – Harpers Ferry Road Closed from Plank Road to Ashmun Street
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that construction activities related to the I-84 reconstruction project in Waterbury will require the temporary closure of Harpers Ferry Road from Plank Road to Ashmun Street.
