Installations and Revisions of Traffic Control Signals
The Department of Transportation (Department) is developing plans to install new traffic control signal equipment and/or upgrade the pedestrian control features (countdown pedestrian indications, accessible pedestrian signals, sidewalk ramps) to meet current Department standards at 17 locations in the towns/cities of Bolton, Colchester, East Haddam, East Hampton, Griswold, Groton, Middletown, Plainfield and Putnam.
