Hartford Line Rail Construction Update: Windsor
Construction activities will continue through Friday, September 8 at the existing East Barber and Meadow Road railroad crossing in Windsor, with one-way alternating traffic during the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The work at these locations will occur weekdays only.
