The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a nighttime fence repairs project on I-84 eastbound at Exit 21 in Waterbury, overnight Wednesday, July 25, to Thursday, July 26, 2018. Work hours will be 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
