New Parking Enforcement at West Haven Rail Station Set to Begin on Monday, May 6, 2019
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a new parking enforcement initiative at the West Haven Train Station. Beginning this week, drivers parked in the 660-space lot will receive notification of the new, pending enforcement activity via a windshield flyer and variable message signs, reminding users that payment is required to park a vehicle. Then, beginning on Monday, May 6, 2019, drivers that do not display a valid parking permit or pay the $6 daily parking fee will be subject to a penalty of $25 per day.
