The complete Major Service Change Policy is available on the CTDOT website, Proposed Changes to Major Service Change Policy (ct.gov).  The public comment period is open from today, Wednesday, November 8, through Thursday, November 23, 2023. Members of the public may submit comments by emailing DOT.MajorSvcChgPolicy@ct.gov.
