CTDOT Seeks Public Comment on Five-Year Capital Plan

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) today released its five-year Capital Plan for fiscal years 2024-2028, outlining the continued implementation of funding, policies, and programs from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).

Historic federal investments and robust state-funded programs are helping CTDOT transform the state's infrastructure to make it safer and more accessible for all roadway users and people of all abilities. Through these projects, CTDOT is investing in sustainable transportation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the state.
