I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 42 and 38 (5.8 miles) because of Tractor Trailer Accident (Tractor Trailer Fire) between Exits 39A and 38. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Sunday, June 26 at 6:55 pm.
