I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 32 and 34 (2.1 miles) because of Tractor Trailer Accident (Tractor Trailer Vs 1 Veh) between Exits 33 and 34. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Tuesday, July 5 at 9:10 am.
