I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 61 and 59 (2.2 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 60 and 59 (1.9 miles). Road Work in effect today until 3:00 pm. The left lane is closed. Reported Tuesday, August 16 at 11:19 am.
