The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Route 71 (South East Road/New Britain Avenue) between the New Britain Town Line in Farmington and Chatfield Drive in West Hartford. This project is expected to occur Sunday, September 11, 2011 to the morning of Wednesday, September 28, 2011.
