CTfastrak Update: Flatbush Avenue Reconstruction Stage Starts Between New Park Avenue and Interstate 84 Interchange in East Hartford and Hartford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Stage 1 of the Flatbush Avenue reconstruction, which is part of CTfastrak program, will begin on Friday evening, March 15, 2013. One lane of Flatbush Avenue heading eastbound and one lane of Newfield Avenue in the northbound direction in West Hartford and Hartford are being closed during this stage.
