Guiderail Upgrades on Routes 97, 169, and 207 in Norwich, Lisbon, Franklin and Sprague
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the start of work on April 1, 2013, to upgrade the roadside guiderail systems on Routes 97, 169, and 207 in the towns of Norwich, Lisbon, Franklin and Sprague.
