MOTORIST ADVISORY - Route 3 Full Directional Weekend Closures Scheduled on the William H. Putnam Bridge over the Connecticut River in the Towns of Wethersfield and Glastonbury

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the upcoming schedule of FULL DIRECTIONAL WEEKEND CLOSURES of the William H. Putnam Bridge (Route 3 over the Connecticut River between Glastonbury and Wethersfield). The first scheduled directional closure is set for Route 3 southbound (driving from Glastonbury into Wethersfield) for the weekend of June 19th to June 22nd, weather permitting. Motorists will be directed to I-91 via Route 2 westbound and Route 15 southbound to the Charter Oak Bridge.
