I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 12 and 14 (2.6 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 13 and 15 (1.6 miles). Road Work in effect today until Wednesday, June 1 at 5:49 am. The right lane is closed. Reported Tuesday, May 31 at 9:18 pm.
