I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 7 and 5 (2.1 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 7 and 4 (2.5 miles). Road Work in effect today until Wednesday, June 1 at 5:35 am. The left lane is closed. Reported Tuesday, May 31 at 8:57 pm.
