I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 42 and 41 (1.7 miles) because of Tractor Trailer Accident (Tractor Trailer Vs 1 Veh) between Exits 42 and 41. The right and center lanes are closed. Reported Monday, May 30 at 10:35 pm.
