All lanes on Route 9 southbound will be closed at Exit 27 in New Britain between 11 p.m. Thursday, September 6, and 5 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2012. Traffic will be diverted off at Exit 27 onto Chestnut Street, and detoured to Columbus Boulevard and onto Ellis Street to reenter Route 9 southbound at Interchange 25.
