The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime closure and detour of the Wooster Street On-Ramp to I-95 NB in New Haven is scheduled to occur Monday, September 17th, through Friday, September 21st, between the hours of 10 PM and 5 AM. Closure and detour of the ramp is necessary to facilitate bridge construction.
