The Connecticut Department of Transportations is announcing a nighttime ramp closure for improvements to the (Interchange 46) Congress Street entrance ramp to Route 15 southbound in the Town of Fairfield. The closure will occur Monday, October 1, 2012 (rain date Tuesday, October 2, 2012) from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
