Project No. 0157-0084, Retaining Wall Improvement/Replacement, Town of Weston

The Connecticut Department of Transportation's (Department) Office of Engineering is developing plans to improve/replace an existing retaining wall on Route 53 (Newtown Turnpike), in the Town of Weston. The purpose of this project is to provide road safety for the traveling public by proposing to improve/replace the existing retaining wall that is exhibiting signs of deterioration. This project was initiated as part of the Department's Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Program.
