Updated Information on Traffic Changes during Bridge Work along I-84 in Newtown
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that traffic shifts on Interstate 84 between Exits 11 and 13 that were originally scheduled earlier in the year will be completed by Wednesday, July 10, 2013 and be in effect until November 2013. Two travel lanes will be available in each direction during peak travel times. Center Street, a local road, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic from Monday, July 15 until Friday, August 2, 2013.
