The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the Chestnut Street On-Ramp to Route 9 Northbound in New Britain will be closed Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The closure affects only the On-Ramp.
