Flower Street Pedestrian RR Crossing in Hartford to Close; Temporary Path will be Available
The pedestrian crossing over railroad tracks on Flower Street in Hartford will be closed as of Monday, November 11, 2013; however, pedestrians will still be able to use a temporary path that will be in place by the time of the closing. A permanent multi-use walkway is under construction and will be completed by Thanksgiving (November 28).
