Traffic Signal Upgrades - Various Locations
The Department of Transportation (Department) is developing plans to upgrade traffic control signals at 17 locations in the towns/cities of Bolton, Deep River, Essex, Griswold, Groton, Mansfield, Marlborough, Middletown, New London, Norwich, Pomfret, Putnam, Waterford, Westbrook and Windham.
