'Speed Change' Lanes Open on I-95 Northbound in Norwalk
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) today announced the opening – five months ahead of schedule – of new "speed change" lanes on I-95 northbound in Norwalk, designed to enhance traffic safety and ease congestion on this heavily used section of the Connecticut turnpike.
