Nighttime Traffic Sensor Installations on I-84 at Bulkeley Bridge in East Hartford.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime traffic sensor and loop installation project will continue on I-84 Eastbound and Westbound at the Bulkeley Bridge in East Hartford through the morning of Thursday, December 11, 2014.
