Nighttime Traffic Loop Installations along Route in Middletown/Cromwell.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime traffic loop installation project will be performed on Route 9 Northbound and Southbound in Middletown and Cromwell, December 11-18, 2014.
