I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 17 and 21 (4.4 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 18 and 21 (1.7 miles). Road Work in effect today until Friday, May 6 at 5:58 am. The left and center lanes are closed. Reported Thursday, May 5 at 8:45 pm.
