I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 18 and 13 (5.4 miles) because of Road Work between Exits 14 and 13 (1.6 miles). Road Work in effect today until 3:07 pm. The left lane is closed. Reported Wednesday, May 25 at 1:52 pm.
