Nighttime Roadway Milling and Drainage Repair Project at I-395 Exit 45 off ramp in Putnam
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime roadway milling and drainage repair project will be performed at theExit 45 off ramp to Kennedy Drive from I-395 Northbound in Putnam, overnight Monday-Tuesday, August 19-20, 2019. Rain date will be August 20-21, 2019.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect a ramp closure to occur at the Exit 45 off ramp to Kennedy Drive from I-395 Northbound in Putnam. The ramp closure will be in effect from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The following detour will be in place: Exit 46 Northbound, left onto Heritage Hill Rd., left onto Exit 46 for I-395 Southbound, to Exit 45 Southbound to Kennedy Drive. Crash attenuator vehicles and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the detour. A variable message board will be set up prior to the work beginning.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
